The High Court Division on 18.11.2014 issued a Rule Nisi to show cause as to why the declaration of several dag no under South Aichamouza, Charkaua, Barisal as Balumohalshould not be declared to be without lawful authority and why the respondents should not be directed to protect Kirtankhola river from illegal and indiscriminate sand extraction.
